Dear friends in sport,

IAKSA has never been absorbed by WAKO, the two federations have never formed a partnership either.

No meeting has ever been held, the ex President of IAKSA together with few people, have signed an agreement with the President of WAKO, but the members disagreed, nobody consulted them.

That's why the merger is illegal.

The IAKSA trade-mark has been regfistered by me in person.

After having contacted most of the Presidents representing IAKSA contries, they have conferred me the position of General Coordinator of IAKSA International.

My task is now to come out of this hard situation, trying to recover our independence.

First we decided to expel from the Organization the old leaders who became WAKO leaders in exchange for the attempt to go IAKSA bankrupt.

31 countries (more than the contries that belonged to the old IAKSA) already confirmed me their participation to the next World Championship.

They will take place in Viareggio -Italy- from 23 to 26 November.

During the Championships an International Meeting will be held and a new Board of Directors will be elected.

I want to abolish the entrance fee and I will give membership cards and IAKSA certificates gratis to all the countries, so that they can sell them in their respective countries and they will be able to recover the expenses for the World Championships.

Cari amici sportivi la Iaksa non è mai stata assorbita dalla Wako e tanto meno vi si è unita. Nessuna assemblea è mai stata fatta, l´ex Presidente Iaksa insieme a pochi altri ha firmato un accordo con il Presidente WAKO, ma senza che i vari membri fossero d´accordo e senza nemmeno consultarli.

Per questo semplice motivo la Fusione è ILLEGALE.

Il marchio IAKSA è stato registrato dal sottoscritto, a risposta delle mie comunicazioni la maggior parte dei Presidenti Nazionali rappresentante i paesi iscritti alla IAKSA, mi ha conferito il ruolo di coordinatore generale della Iaksa mondiale. Il mio competo è di uscire da questa difficile situazione, riacquistando la nostra legittima autonomia.

Per prima cosa abbiamo deciso di espellere dall´Organizzazione i vecchi dirigenti diventati dirigenti WAKO in cambio del tentivo di fare fallire la IAKSA.

Già 31 nazioni (più di quelle precedentemente iscritte alla VECCHIA IAKSA) mi hanno confermato la loro partecipazione al prossimo mondiale che si svolgerà a Viareggio dal 23 al 26 novembre. In quella sede svolgeremo l´assemblea mondiale e rieleggeremo il nuovo consiglio direttivo.

E´ mio intento elimare la tassa di iscrizione e dare nuovi strumenti ai Presidenti nazionali per rientrare delle spese di cooridinamento e partecipazione alle competizioni internazionali. A tal fine abbiamo già pronti i diplomi internazionali e altri documenti sportivi da dare gratuitamente a ciascun dirigente Federale, che potrà gestire come meglio crede.
